DIBAR was established in 1990 as being a manufacturer and exporter in Taiwan.

From Bicycle Carriers, Mini Bikes, Folding Bikes to Road Bikes, we have been constantly dedicated to research and develop new products and proudly create a series of  LAITIS Folding Bikes featured with its patented easy-handle folding mechanism and elegant style, as well as its superior performance in riding balance. 

One more step in complete bicycles, the unique style of 700C was presented in 2010. The features of Reynolds Cr-Mo steels was performed completely with brass welding, lugs and special coating treatment. Different from other 700C,  LAITIS Racing Bikes upgrade overall in quality level and riding performance.
